I also noticed my numlock no longer works, so I'm guessing the PC is crashing. This is the first time I've ever had this happen. I tried several times to no avail. I pulled the CMOS battery for about 10 minutes then put it back. Booted into BIOS, selected MFlash, rebooted into flash mode, black screen. I contacted support, and the genuis there just sent me a link on how to use MFlash to update the BIOS.

May 26, 2022 #13 Well, considering I've never had this problem before, and I have had the same monitor/system since I built it 5 years ago, and have updated the BIIOS upon every new release, I didn't see that bey being a possibility. However, I did switch from DP to HDMI, and that made no difference.
